A Bit About Me
My journey has been a fusion of two passions: Kinesiology and Dance. Graduating with a Bachelor's in both fields from Chapman University, I've always been drawn to the mind-body connection.

Growing up as a competitive dancer, being active has always been a big part of my lifestyle. This background instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of movement and nurturing our bodies.

My transition into personal training stemmed from a desire to supplement my dance career, but it evolved into something much more profound. Along the way, I discovered my passion for not only becoming stronger myself but also guiding and empowering others on their fitness journeys.

In my approach to training, I prioritize functional movement and mobility. I believe in equipping my clients with the tools to enhance their everyday lives, whether it's improving posture, increasing flexibility, or simply moving with greater ease and confidence.

For me, balance is the cornerstone of a fulfilling lifestyle. I advocate for finding that sweet spot where fitness seamlessly integrates into our lives, tailored to each individual's unique needs and preferences. Together, let's discover your path to a healthier, happier you.
